ModLearning is a learning and development consultancy built for the life sciences. It works across the spectrum and maturity of the field: commercial and field teams, clinical and scientific functions, clinical research, public health, and biotech startups. When the science is complex and the environment is regulated, ModLearning turns that source material into learning a team can use.
ModLearning is led by Michelle Bonkosky, an ATD-certified learning and development leader and scientist. She built her scientific foundation in molecular biology and public health before moving into learning and development. That background lets her understand complex regulated source material and build effective training strategies and assets. Her work spans global diagnostics, medical device, pharmaceutical, clinical research, and public health organizations across U.S. and Latin American markets.

How ModLearning Works
Before building anything, ModLearning runs a readiness assessment. The SCALE Readiness Framework™, a diagnostic framework for the questions a team needs to answer before it builds training, onboarding, certification, or reinforcement for complex scientific content. It is not a content template and not a methodology for any one discipline. It organizes the move from expert-held knowledge to field readiness into five layers.
